Welcome to Lingfield Point, Darlington's unique home for business.

Originally built as the Patons and Baldwins wool factory, Lingfield Point's award winning space is home to some of the most significant businesses in the North East including Student Loans Company, Capita, Darlington Borough Council, NHS, FaulknerBrowns, Four Seasons Health Care, NFU Mutual and NAAFI.

We are a customer focused business who love delivering excellent service. We take the time to listen to our customers' needs and give them what they want because we know they are the life blood of our business and the key to our continued success.

At Lingfield Point we are creating a low carbon community including a renewable energy centre providing our customers with low carbon heating and power. This new community built around the existing business space will include new eco-homes, a school, parkland and sports pitches as well as a health centre, shops and restaurants.

We hope you enjoy this website and that it gives you a flavour of the Lingfield Point experience. We are always delighted to see new visitors and run regular tours of the historic buildings. So, don't be shy, pick up the phone and say "How d'you do!"
